Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for subscriptions to Stackora, FamilyHQ, and any other software-as-a-service products offered by PillarStack LLC ("PillarStack", "we", "us", or "our").

Nature of our products

PillarStack provides online software products delivered as services. We do not sell physical goods through these products. Access is provided via your account for the duration of your subscription.

Billing cycles

  • Subscriptions are typically billed in advance for the selected billing period (for example, monthly or annually).
  • The applicable billing terms, including price and frequency, are presented at or before checkout.
  • Taxes may be added where required by law.

Cancelling your subscription

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, unless stated otherwise in a specific plan.
  • After cancellation, you will retain access to the product until the end of the paid period, and your subscription will not renew.
  • Instructions for cancellation (for example, via in-product settings or by contacting support) are available from your account and billing confirmation.

Refunds

Because our products are digital services that begin immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for completed billing periods, except where required by law or where we explicitly state otherwise.

However, we may consider refunds in situations such as:

  • Duplicate charges for the same account.
  • Incorrect plan selection if you contact us promptly and have not used the higher-tier features.
  • Technical issues on our side that prevent you from reasonably using the product after you have given us an opportunity to resolve them.

Requests are evaluated case-by-case. To request a refund, contact us using the details below with your account information and relevant transaction details.

If approved, refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can work with you to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.

Changes to pricing and plans

We may change our subscription prices or available plans from time to time. Any changes will apply to future billing periods and will be communicated in advance where required. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

Promotions and trial periods

We may occasionally offer free trials, discounted periods, or other promotions. The specific terms of these offers—including length of trial, billing start date, and eligibility—will be described at the time of the offer and will apply alongside this policy.
