What we sell
PillarStack LLC operates subscription-based software products, including Stackora and FamilyHQ. Our products are digital services delivered online.
How fulfillment works
- After successful payment, account access is delivered digitally.
- We do not ship physical goods.
- Access details and payment confirmation are sent by email and available in-product.
Subscription billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- Billing terms are shown before purchase and in your receipt.
- You can cancel according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Payment security
Payments are processed by Stripe over HTTPS. Card details are handled by Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. PillarStack does not store full payment card numbers.
